Does the hotel have a HOTELSTARS rating?
Yes, the Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants Association (Hotelstars) has authorized the Duna Relax Hotel to use the 4-star rating certification trademark.
How can I reach the hotel?
For those arriving by car from Budapest and the east, Ráckeve can be reached by joining the 51 main road. Meanwhile, for those coming from the west, the most suitable route to reach Ráckeve is via the Csepel Island ridge road. The distance from Budapest to Ráckeve can be covered in 50 minutes using these routes. Detailed directions with maps can be found on our Contact page.

The hotel is located in the center of Ráckeve at the following address: 2300 Ráckeve, Dömsödi út 1/a.
What types of rooms are available at the hotel?
In our hotel, the following room types are available:

- 7 Relax Superior double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed

How can I book a room?

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?
We send written confirmation by email for every reservation within 24 hours.
Is it possible to book a room for another person as well?
Yes, it is possible. In this case, when booking, you must provide your name and phone number as the Customer, as well as the Guest's contact details so they can receive our email confirmation.
Can we take our pet with us?
You can also arrive with a small pet, the price is 5000 HUF/night. Please mention this when you’re booking.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. If guests arrive earlier, there is the possibility to store luggage, and they are free to use the hotel's facilities. Early check-in is available upon request for an additional fee of 5,000 HUF, guaranteeing room availability from 12:00 PM.
What time do we need to leave the room on the day of departure?
On the day of departure, our guests can use their room until 10:00 AM.
Can I leave the room later?
Check-out must be done before 10 in the morning. If you wish to leave the room later, please let the reception know the day before departure. Alternatively, we offer the option to store your luggage in the designated area if you wish to continue using the hotel's facilities.
Can I check in earlier at the hotel?

What should I do if I have questions about my existing reservation or if I want to make modifications?
Please always contact us referring to the Reservation number found in the confirmation.
How can I receive an invoice for my reservation?
In each case, we will give our travelling guests an invoice on departure, which will include the services used and their charges.
What payment options are available at the hotel?
Our guests can settle their bill with cash, gift vouchers, credit cards, and Széchenyi Recreation Cards (OTP, K&H, and MKB).
Is the hotel air-conditioned?
The entire building, as well as the ground floor and the first and second floor rooms, are air-conditioned. Our second-floor rooms are equipped with wall heating systems for a healthier environment.
What are the basic facilities included in the hotel rooms?
Each room is equipped with a bedroom and a bathroom. Our guests have access to a television, minibar, telephone, and hairdryer. Additionally, bedding, towels, bathrobes, and wellness towels are provided.
Is there internet access available at the hotel?
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel premises.
What wellness services are available?
The following wellness services are available: Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Hydro massage, Geyser, Heated bench, Tea bar, Finnish sauna, Plunge pool, Frigidarium, Infrared sauna, Tepidarium, Steam bath, Pool bar, Show pool, Sunbathing pavilions, Fitness room, Table tennis, Badminton, Boating. The services of Wellness Forrás are available from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Can only hotel guests use the wellness facility?
Our wellness facility can also be accessed by purchasing a daily pass.
What sports facilities are available?
The gym and fitness room of our wellness department are available from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Additionally, we offer free bicycle rental for our guests. For bicycle and hiking trails, please inquire with our receptionists.
How many people can the restaurant accommodate?
Our main restaurant can accommodate 80 people, while our Panorama restaurant can accommodate an additional 50 guests. In addition to our standard menu offerings, we also welcome our guests with seasonal specials.
Can only hotel guests dine in the restaurant?
Our restaurant is also available for outside guests.
What does half-board accommodation include?
Half-board accommodation in our hotel includes buffet-style breakfast and buffet-style dinner. Dinner consists of at least 1 type of appetizer, 2 types of soup, at least 4 main courses, at least 2 types of desserts, fruits, and a salad bar for our guests.
I have a food allergy. Is it possible for me to have different meals?
Of course, please notify us in advance of your sensitivity when making your reservation so that we can accommodate you with suitable meals during the main dining times.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
Yes, our ground floor bar is available during the evening hours.
What are the restaurant's operating hours?
The kitchen is open until 8:30 PM, and our serving staff is available until 9:00 PM.
Can I pay with cash at the catering units?
For the convenience of our guests, their consumption can be charged to their room bill, which can be settled at the reception upon departure.
Where can I smoke?
Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment; therefore, smoking is prohibited throughout the building. However, smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the building.
What is the tourist tax rate?
The tourist tax is 750 Ft / fő / éj (payable by individuals over 18 years old).
Is there parking available?
Guests can use the parking lot in front of the hotel building, which is monitored by cameras, free of charge.
